Incorrect Size Ordered: If the product is being returned due to the customer ordering the incorrect size, and the item is not faulty, a £175 charge will apply. This fee covers administrative costs, onward delivery, and the refund handling process.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We offer a 2-year part replacement warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If any part fails within 2 years of purchase, we will send replacement parts free of charge to ensure lasting use and satisfaction.
