  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date you received the item.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: If the product is being returned due to the customer ordering the incorrect size, and the item is not faulty, a Β£175 charge will apply. This fee covers administrative costs, onward delivery, and the refund handling process.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Health and personal care items


Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  3. Return Shipping: Send the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Deposit Payments: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order or return the product later.
Refunds on deposits will only be issued if we cancel your order due to product unavailability, pricing, or offer errors.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • We sent the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Damaged or Defective Items

Bed Frame Warranty:

  • Refunds for damaged bed frames are available within 90 days.

  • We offer a 2-year part replacement warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If any part fails within 2 years of purchase, we will send replacement parts free of charge to ensure lasting use and satisfaction.
